Fox Sports is going with a new nickname for the upcoming Disney animated movie “Frozen.”
The Disney brand is currently using the words “Frosty the Snowman” to describe the film’s title character, but Fox Sports has decided to change it.
The company’s spokesperson told The Wrap on Tuesday that the new nickname will go into effect on June 15.
“The word ‘frosty’ is being used to describe a young and beautiful character in the movie,” the spokesperson said.
“He is called ‘Frost the Snow Man.'”
“The new ‘Froff’ moniker is designed to reflect the new and exciting way the characters are portrayed in the film.”
“Frozz is an original, fresh take on the iconic ‘F’ word and will be a fun, fun nickname for Frozen fans,” said the spokesperson.
“Fans will get to experience this new Frozen character on the big screen in theaters June 15, 2018.”
The original Frozen premiered in theaters May 19.
Disney’s other animated feature, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” will open July 14.
Disney has yet to announce a release date for either film.
